The majority of the Ezra Care team works out of our Detroit office as customer service representatives and care coordinators — the operational core of the company. Field caregiver roles open as client demand grows.

Every shift — call center or in-home — runs on webEVV, our Electronic Visit Verification platform. Clock in from your phone, hours flow straight to payroll, and direct deposit lands every Friday.

Call Center Representative

Full-time · Greater Metro Detroit · On-site / Hybrid

Answer inbound family inquiries, schedule shifts, and support clients by phone from our Michigan office. The bulk of our day-to-day operations runs through this team.

Care Coordinator (Call Center)

Full-time · Greater Metro Detroit · Office-based

Coordinate care plans, match caregivers to clients, and manage scheduling and documentation — all from our call center.

In-Home Caregiver

Full-time / Part-time · Field · Michigan

Provide companion and personal care to clients in their homes throughout the Detroit metro and surrounding counties.
